My name is Gideon. I am a practicing engineer, a university professor,  a busy man.  I have a wonderful family, a rich personal history, and  oodles of thoughts that need action, or at least follow-up.  I believe in the old Greek concept of “life examined” and I admire Socrates saying: “The More I know, the more I know that I don’t know”.   Over the years I have hammered out a neat philosophy of life and living.  But I am too busy with most exciting things of life to sit down and explain and detail this hard-hitting philosophy.  Perhaps, it would gradually emerge through the expected postings in this blog.  I am reachable at gideon@tryagain.com
